Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally.
Record receipts, payments, purchases, sales and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers and bank reconciliation statements.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Support monthly account closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors and provide the required accounting documents.
Prepare reports and statements using Microsoft Excel.
Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally/TallyPrime.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
Positive numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete work within deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in educational institutions or similar organisations.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
