We are looking for an experienced and energetic F&B; Trainer with solid Food & Beverage / QSR experience to train and develop outlet employees. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and classroom training, ensuring employees follow company SOPs, maintaining service standards, improving product quality, and supporting the operational performance of all outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly joined employees.
Provide training to Crew Members, Managers, and other outlet staff.
Train employees on food preparation, product standards, portion control, and presentation.
Ensure employees understand and follow F&B;/QSR SOPs and operational procedures.
Conduct training on customer service and guest handling.
Train employees on POS billing, order taking, cash handling, and basic outlet procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
