About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, career-driven Business Development & Operations Trainee to join our team. This is a excellent opportunity to build expertise in sales, marketing, and business operations through structured training and hands-on experience alongside experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
Participate in training on sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership
Support day-to-day business operations and project coordination
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Collaborate on client acquisition and business development
Gradually take on team coordination and project responsibilities




Maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
