Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with robust recruitment skills and prior Real Estate hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Manage hiring for sales, corporate, operations, and support roles.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up until joining.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Requirements
4+ years of recruitment experience.




Prior Real Estate hiring experience is mandatory.
Solid sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
