Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily production activities, supervising manpower, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring secure and effective shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily production activities.
Achieve daily production targets as per plan.
Allocate manpower and manage shift operations.
Monitor production quality, rejection, and wastage.
Ensure machines and materials are available for production.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
Maintain production reports and shift records.
Ensure SOP, safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards are followed.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Train and guide operators for better productivity and quality.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
