Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
Identify current markets, customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Experience:

10+ years in Marketing/Sales, preferably in the Aluminium or Building Materials industry.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Robust knowledge of dealer/distributor networks and market development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
