Job Description- Territory Operations Manager
Scoping and Identifying the right location and property to start the Intellitots Preschool. Managing and Increasing the directory of the Property Agent's network in the given territory
Conducting Competition analysis
Catchment Area scoping for planning the marketing activities
Monitoring and Tracking the marketing activates
Doing K12 Tie-ups
Monitoring the the sales funnel on a daily basis and take appropriate actions
Conducting Lost Customer Analysis and give feedback to the centre
Providing Ticket resolution (ticketing system management)
Key Deliverables
· Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function of Franchise Operations
· Identification of potential segments in the city for conducting activities to increase footfall
· Organize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same.
· Brand Building of the school in the target markets.
· Ensuring Safety processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standards.
· Visiting and Inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted.
· Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market Development, recent projects, competitive activity, current customers etc.
