Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Supervise plant activities, production schedules, and HVAC system performance.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including EPA refrigerant handling rules.
Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
Team Leadership: Mentor technicians, provide training, and oversee contractors.
Energy Efficiency: Develop strategies to reduce utility consumption and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Project Management: Handle HVAC projects from design to commissioning and closeout.
