The VCM Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining VCM equipment or production machinery to ensure smooth production, quality output, and workplace safety. The operator follows production schedules, performs routine inspections, and reports machine issues.
Key Responsibilities
Operate VCM machinery according to production requirements
Monitor machine performance and product quality
Adjust machine settings for proper operation
Load raw materials and unload finished products
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards
Record production data and machine readings
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
