HIRING: B2C ADMISSIONS COUNSELLOR

AE Global Group is looking for a target-oriented and student-focused B2C Admissions Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and digital leads
Counsel students on countries, universities, courses, fees, scholarships and eligibility
Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments
Manage follow-ups and maintain robust student relationships
Assist with documentation and application coordination
Update CRM records and prepare regular reports
Achieve monthly counselling, application, enrolment and revenue targets
Stay updated on university programmes, intakes and admission requirements

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent communication, counselling and sales skills
Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management abilities
Comfortable working with targets and CRM systems
Experience in education counselling, study abroad, EdTech or B2C sales preferred
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
