Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and internal databases.
Conduct cold calling and headhunting to identify active and passive candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, notice period and compensation.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary negotiation, offer management and joining follow-ups.
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.




Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements
4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Solid sourcing, Boolean search and headhunting skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach.
Valuable communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-oriented recruitment workplace.
Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred: Candidates who have experience handling technical/niche IT hiring along with Sales, Operations, BFSI/Insurance or other Non-IT requirements will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,266.70 - ₹49,608.64 per month
