ey Responsibilities
Clinical Management: Immediately assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses or trauma.
Resuscitation: Lead resuscitation efforts for critical patients in the ED.
Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
Patient Flow: Oversee ED patient flow to ensure productive, protected care and timely admissions.
Quality Assurance:



Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance patient safety.
Communication: Communicate effectively with patient attendants regarding patient condition.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualification: MBBS with MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine or MEM (Master in Emergency Medicine).
Experience: Typically 16 years of clinical experience in emergency care.
Skills: Proficiency in emergency procedures, critical care management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
