Key Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that enhance language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (if applicable).
Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to improve learning outcomes.
Maintain student records, track progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and coordinators.
Participate in school events, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom setting that promotes discipline and respect.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
B.Ed. (Mandatory).
Strong command of English grammar and literature.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students of different learning levels.

Preferred:
Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and blended learning methods.
