Sales Hiring Recruiters – 20 Openings
Experience Required
Minimum 8 months to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
Candidates must have experience specifically in IT Recruitment
Candidates with only Non-IT recruitment experience are not eligible
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various IT positions
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
Use job portals, databases, social media, and other sourcing platforms
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles
Robust understanding of the IT recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace
Salary & Incentives
CTC: Up to ₹2,40,000 per annum
Incentives: Up to ₹1,50,000 per annum
Interview Process
Virtual interview rounds
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
