Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records (Tally or other accounting software).
Manage GST filings, returns, and compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing.
Assist in the finalization of accounts with the external CA.
Manage bank reconciliation, fund transfers, cheque handling, and overall banking operations.
Ensure timely documentation for vendor payments, inward/outward billing, and filing.
Handle all compliance and documentation related to a Sole Proprietorship business.
Draft and manage emails, reports, and financial communications via Gmail and Google Sheets.
Prepare data and coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Keep track of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and delivery challans.
Handle petty cash and monitor daily office expenses.
Maintain and update client and vendor ledgers.
Be ready for field visits for banking work, documentation submissions, and other financial tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting degree.
5–9 years of experience in core accounting.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions.
Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).




Familiar with sole proprietorship accounting and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with external consultants like CA.
Solid sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and time management.
Two-wheeler is mandatory (for bank visits and errands).
Married candidates are preferred for stability and long-term commitment.

Additional Preferences:
Experience in handling accounts in a trading, distribution, or service-based company is an advantage.
Familiarity with the GeM portal, government tenders, or project billing is a plus.
Basic understanding of e-way bills, e-invoicing, and digital payment reconciliation.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
