Just Law is seeking a dedicated, articulate, and detail-oriented Legal Associates to join our litigation team. We are looking for a agile professionals who is well-versed in the procedural and practical aspects of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, District Courts and Other Tribunals and is ready to contribute meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior counsel and represent clients in proceedings at the High Court, Chandigarh.
Draft complex legal documents, including writ petitions, appeals, legal notices, and applications.
Conduct in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
Manage case files, track hearing dates, and ensure all court filings are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and legal counsel.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a reputed university.
Experience: A minimum of 1 yearpracticing at the High Court, Chandigarh.
Language Skills: Must have good fluency in both spoken and written English, with a proven ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal drafts.
Core Skills: Robust analytical abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to case management.
