We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our automobile dealership. The CRE will be responsible for maintaining robust customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and after-sales journey.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Schedule vehicle test drives, service appointments, and customer visits.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Finance teams to resolve customer requirements.
Update customer information, follow-up status, and interactions in the CRM/DMS system.




Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Inform customers about recent vehicle models, offers, promotions, service schedules, and other dealership activities.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular customer follow-up reports.
Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
