Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychology Counsellor to provide emotional, psychological, and behavioral counselling support to students/clients. The candidate should be able to handle counselling sessions, assess mental well-being, and guide individuals toward positive personal and career development.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.
Identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
Provide guidance, motivation, and mental wellness support.
Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions.
Coordinate with management, trainers, parents, or stakeholders when required.
Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and mental health activities.
Prepare counselling reports and documentation.




Support students/employees in stress management and career-related concerns.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust listening and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and patience while handling individuals.
Knowledge of counselling techniques and mental wellness practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology.
Relevant counselling certification will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in counselling or mental health support preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
