Role: Continental Chef – Café
Experience: 2–5 years in Continental cuisine / café operations
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Continental dishes, pasta, sandwiches, salads, burgers and appetizers.
Handle daily mise en place and food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Follow standard recipes and portion control.
Assist in menu planning and develop new café dishes.
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth café operations.
Manage food preparation during busy service hours.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Good plating and presentation skills.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Creative approach to menu development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
