We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will align HR strategies with business goals, manage talent acquisition, foster positive employee relations, and ensure legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues, resolve workplace conflicts, and drive engagement.
Performance Management: Manage performance review systems, KPIs, and employee development programs.
Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce workplace policies while ensuring strict compliance with local employment laws.
Compensation & Perks:



Manage salary structures, health advantages, leave policies, and payroll coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in an HR leadership or generalist role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
