ITSM Senior Developer - Job Description
Design and Deployment of BMC Remedy component
Experience in Incident/Change/problem management processes.
Experience in customization/workflow creation in remedy
Experience working with CMDB (Data structure and the jobs)
Working experience on AI spoon jobs
Robust Experience on the DWP & DWP catalog space
Strong Experience on Atrium Orchestrator tool
Experience in other integration methods (SOAP, REST)
Reasonable experience in Dashboard/Reports development using BMC Smart Reporting
Detail oriented and experience working in a production environment using change control practices, creating, and working under technical project plans and timelines.
Solid written and verbal communication skills are required.
Functions well in large-scale, complex, cross-functional / platform setting
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
