We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 1 year of experience to design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models. The candidate should have a strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, machine learning algorithms, model parameters, evaluation metrics, and practical model development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning models for real-world business problems.
Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
Apply supervised, unsupervised, and basic reinforcement learning techniques.
Train, validate, test, and optimize ML models.
Select appropriate algorithms based on the problem and dataset.
Tune model hyperparameters and improve model performance.
Evaluate models using appropriate metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, MAE, MSE, RMSE, and R².
Identify and resolve issues related to overfitting, underfitting, bias, and variance.
Work with regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality-reduction techniques.
Build and integrate ML models into applications or APIs.
Document experiments, models, results, and implementation details.
Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.

Exposure to NLP or Computer Vision.
Understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts.
Basic knowledge of model deployment and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms is an advantage.
