Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of:
DG Sets (Diesel Generators)
HVAC Systems
Chillers & Cooling Towers
Electrical Systems (HT/LT Panels, Transformers, UPS, APFC Panels)
Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
Building Management System (BMS)
Plumbing & Water Treatment Systems (STP/WTP)
Elevators & Escalators
Plan and execute Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance activities.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and MIS reports.
Support budgeting, cost control, and annual maintenance contract management.
Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity.
