About the Role:

We are looking for a creative Video Editor with robust hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut to produce high-performing short-form video content, promotional ads, and social media reels. You will transform raw footage into engaging, high-converting visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:
Short-Form Content Creation: Edit rapid-paced Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos using CapCut and Premiere Pro.
Performance Ad Creatives: Cut engaging video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google campaigns, focusing on strong opening hooks, trending audio, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
Post-Production: Handle color grading, audio polishing, sound effects, subtitles/captions, and smooth transitions.




Brand Alignment: Maintain brand aesthetics, pacing, and visual storytelling across all video deliverables.

Requirements:
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (Desktop/Mobile).
Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio link demonstrating video editing projects (specifically reels or digital ad creatives).
Skills: Robust understanding of visual pacing, sound design, hook creation, text animations, and social media video trends.
Efficiency: Ability to organize project files, work with creative briefs, and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
