We have urgent requirement for Factory Manager Post at Taloja MIDC Navi Mumbai.

Experience - Min. 3 years relevant experience.

Should be having Excellent knowledge and Experience in computer hardware and networking products.

Job Responsibilities-

Operations Management: Full ownership of day‑to‑day factory operations, ensuring smooth coordination across production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, accounts, and dispatch.

Production Planning & Execution: Oversee daily/weekly/monthly production plans, monitor output, machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and minimize delays and wastage.

Maintenance Oversight: Plan and direct maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime

Inventory & Material Management: Manage raw materials, finished goods, stock accuracy, and material availability.

Safety Management: Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure a secure working workplace.

Staff Management: Supervise staff, manage workloads,



handle HR issues, and support training and development.

Budget & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, reduce manufacturing costs, and optimize resource utilization.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, KPIs, and operational insights to senior management
