Sales Target & Business Planning
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Identify opportunities to improve showroom and field sales.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate the Sales Consultants / Sales Executives.
Allocate individual targets and monitor performance.
Conduct daily/weekly sales review meetings.
Train the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Address performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Customer Management
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Handle VIP customers and escalated customer complaints.
Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and conversions.
Ensure proper coordination for vehicle delivery and documentation.
Lead Management & Conversion
Monitor leads from walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, campaigns, and enquiries.
Ensure timely follow-up of all leads.




Track lead-to-test-drive, test-drive-to-booking, and booking-to-delivery conversion ratios.
Reactivate old and lost leads to generate additional sales.
Sales Operations
Monitor showroom activities and sales pipeline.
Ensure accurate CRM/DMS updates and sales reporting.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, Accessories, and Delivery teams.
Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper documentation.
Marketing & Market Development
Support local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Identify current customer segments and business prospects.
Develop corporate, institutional, fleet, and referral sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
