We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer-oriented candidates to join our team as Voice Process Executives. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle customer calls professionally. Answer customer questions and provide the required information. Maintain good communication with customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Update customer details and call records in the system. Follow company guidelines and procedures while handling calls. Maintain a positive and skilled attitude during customer interactions. Achieve assigned targets and maintain good customer service standards.
Requirements: Any degree can apply. Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Willingness to learn and work in a team setting. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
