Job Description

UB ENGINEERING is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator / System Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, computer operations, and mechanical software. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and valuable communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day computer and system operations.
Prepare quotations, reports, documents, and other office records.
Maintain data and records using MS Excel and MS Word.
Manage Gmail, emails, and customer correspondence.
Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding requirements and documentation.
Work with mechanical drawings and mechanical software as required.
Support technical and office-related activities.
Troubleshoot basic system and operational issues.
Coordinate with team members to complete assigned work.




Maintain accuracy and proper documentation of company records.
