Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in, online, and referred customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Generate leads through showroom visits, telephone calls, references, and outdoor activities.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, Accessories, and Delivery teams.
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.




Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, camps, and customer events.
Follow dealership and company sales processes and standards.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Driving License: Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
Willingness to travel locally for sales activities.
Ability to work with monthly targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
