Job Description: Civil Engineer
Experience: 3–7 years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction planning, site execution, and project supervision, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines
Review architectural and structural drawings for accuracy and compliance
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders
Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Resolve on-site technical issues and troubleshoot construction challenges
Manage material procurement and inventory tracking




Supervise site staff, laborers, and subcontractors

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent
3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design/planning software
Familiarity with surveying tools and techniques
Valuable understanding of structural and geotechnical principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with project management software
Knowledge of local building codes and approval processes
Prior experience in [residential/commercial/infrastructure] projects
Prefer knowledge from Mivan shuttering

Compensation & Advantages
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (commensurate with experience)
