Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with experience in handling students, parents, enquiries, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs and courses.
Handle student enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and direct communication.
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate academic guidance.
Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust experience in student counselling and admission conversion.
Smart, confident, and qualified personality.
Target-oriented with robust follow-up skills.
Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be preferred.
