Job Summary

Badhai Ho Event Planner is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Event Coordinator who can assist in designing, planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. The candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, decorators, and the internal team to ensure every event is professionally planned and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate events as per client requirements and budgets.
Develop creative event concepts, themes, layouts, and execution plans.
Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, vendors, and other service providers.
Manage event schedules, timelines, logistics, and in office arrangements.
Communicate with clients and understand their event requirements and expectations.
Supervise event setup and ensure smooth execution on the event day.
Coordinate with the internal team and vendors for timely completion of tasks.
Handle multiple event-related activities and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Assist in preparing quotations, event proposals, checklists, and other documentation.




Ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile
Graduate preferred.
6 Months to 1 year of experience in event planning, event coordination, wedding planning, or a related field.
Creative mindset with an eye for event design, themes, and presentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive negotiation and vendor-management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage events on-site.
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Proficiency in basic MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
