We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer with robust communication, networking and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach current brands, retailers, restaurants, and corporate businesses for leasing
Connect with brand expansion teams, decision-makers, and corporate offices
Generate leads and arrange meetings/site visits
Present Opera Commercial and its commercial prospects to prospective brands
Follow up with brands and maintain regular communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, brokers, and channel partners
Coordinate negotiations and leasing discussions with management
Maintain a database of approached brands, leads, meetings, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly targets for brand approach, meetings, and conversions
