We are hiring Telecallers for our e-commerce company. The main responsibility will be to call customers and confirm their delivery addresses for their orders.
Responsibilities:
Call customers for order/address confirmation
Verify complete delivery address and contact details
Update order confirmation status in the system
Handle customer queries politely over calls
Coordinate with the team for order processing
Requirements:
Freshers can apply
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer/mobile knowledge
Polite and confident on calls
Hindi speaking is required; Punjabi/English will be a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
