Ryan-Miranda Partners is a small US-based software firm.
We build and operate consumer mobile and web applications used by hundreds of thousands of people across iOS, Android, and the browser.
You would join our established India-based engineering team and report to our lead engineer in Delhi. We work async: a short written plan in the morning, a short written summary in the evening, and very few meetings.
About the role
You are the last check before a release reaches users. Our senior developers build the features; your job is to take what they built, run it on every platform, and confirm it works before anyone else sees it. Eventually this role can get promotion.
To be upfront: this is not a feature-development seat. It is closer to an SDET or release engineer than a manual testing role.
You will read Swift and TypeScript every day, drive three toolchains, and your verification is what lets the rest of the team ship quickly. What you will do
Reproduce bugs on real devices, confirm the fix,
and check the screens around it
Check out branches and run our codebases on three platforms: iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Android (React Native), and web (TypeScript/React)
First-pass verification of pull requests: run the change on-device, confirm it does what the ticket says, and write up what you found
Manual and regression testing on TestFlight and Google Play internal builds ahead of each release
Write transparent reproduction steps and test cases in Jira
Post a short written plan each morning and a written summary each evening, like the rest of the team
Over time, build the automation that replaces your own manual passes: Maestro flows, snapshot suites, and CI checks
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Advantages:
Cell phone reimbursement
Commuter assistance
Paid sick time
Paid time off
Work Location: In person
