Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to generate recent business opportunities, connect with potential customers, and drive solar sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
Prepare and explain solar proposals and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and recent customers.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities and channel partners.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Robust sales and negotiation ability.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Qualification & Experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales background is a plus.
Experience: 0–3 years in sales/business development.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Compensation
Salary: ₹[18K-30K] per month
