About the Role

Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) and Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management (RISM) are looking for an experienced Manager – Admissions Operations to oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring productive execution of admission policies, application processing, counselling support, CRM operations, and student onboarding while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete admissions operations lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment.
Supervise admissions counselling and operations teams.
Ensure timely processing of applications, offer letters, fee payments, and admissions.
Monitor CRM, ERP, and admission workflows.
Coordinate with faculties, finance, IT, examinations, and academic departments.
Develop and monitor admission SOPs and process improvements.
Prepare admission dashboards, reports, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.




Manage scholarship processing and admission documentation.
Train and mentor admissions staff.
Monitor student document inward and outward processes.

Qualifications
Master's Degree (MBA preferred)

Experience
10–15 years in admissions or education operations.
Experience in higher education preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
