Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex web applications
Lead technical decision-making and architecture
Optimize application performance and scalability
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
Ensure security best practices
Requirements:
1+ years of PHP experience
Expertise in Core PHP / Laravel
Robust knowledge of OOP and design patterns
Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps
Leadership and mentoring skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
