Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign stations to junior servers or stewards, and check staff grooming and discipline.
Bridge the gap between the dining room and the kitchen, manage food timing, and verify order accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact for guest complaints and resolve issues quickly to keep customers happy.
Check section cleanliness before service, oversee POS system entries, and handle final billing or payments
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
