Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 month-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully bidding and securing projects on platforms like Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Create and submit compelling proposals and bids on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6months -1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
