Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans for real estate projects
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Support strategic decision-making with financial data and projections
Project Accounting & Cost Control
Monitor project-wise costing, profitability, and financial performance
Ensure proper allocation of costs across multiple projects
Track construction budgets and control project expenditures
Cash Flow & Fund Management
Manage cash flow planning to ensure timely availability of funds
Oversee fund utilization across projects and operational needs
Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for loans, project funding, and working capital
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, etc.)
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Manage internal and external audits
Accounts Management
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
Ensure proper documentation and accounting practices
Maintain strong internal controls




Risk Management
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor market trends and their impact on real estate investments

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of real estate finance and project accounting
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Understanding of RERA compliance and real estate regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, ERP systems) and Excel
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience
CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification
5–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in real estate or construction industry
Experience in handling project finance and large-scale budgeting

Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Budget adherence and cost control
Effective cash flow management
Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Profitability of real estate projects

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
