Content Strategist

We're looking for a Content Strategist who doesn't just ask “What should we post?” — but thinks:

“Why will people stop scrolling, watch it, share it, and remember the brand?”

What You'll Do
Develop monthly & weekly content strategies for brands.
Create content pillars, themes, formats and content calendars.
Research trends, competitors, audience behaviour and viral content.
Ideate engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, posts and campaigns.
Write strong hooks, scripts, captions and CTAs.
Develop content ideas based on brand objectives and audience psychology.
Work closely with video editors, designers, photographers and social media teams.
Give creative direction for shoots and content execution.
Track content performance and identify what's working and what's not.
Use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement and conversions.
Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, AI tools, trends and changing content formats.

We're Looking For Someone Who




Has a robust understanding of social media & content marketing.
Can identify a valuable content idea before it becomes overused.
Understands hooks, storytelling, retention and shareability.
Has excellent creative thinking and communication skills.
Can turn a straightforward idea into a scroll-stopping concept.
Is comfortable working with a fast-moving creative team.
Has a portfolio or examples of content/campaigns they've worked on.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong understanding of content are also welcome.
