We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify recent business prospects, build robust client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of sales, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities for the agency.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Identify potential clients who require advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and creative services.
Conduct lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and present suitable agency services.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial details in coordination with the relevant teams.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the creative,



digital marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and project handover.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Stay updated on advertising, digital marketing, branding, and industry trends.
