Implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other channels.
Conduct screening and assessments to ensure quality hires.
Work closely with Hospital Senior members, HR, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
Stay updated with Hospital trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in Medical/ Non- Medical hiring.
Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate and in pipeline candidates.
Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Focus on diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.
