Role & responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring productive use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling of banking products and services.
Foster robust relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
