Job Summary

We Dezine Studio is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive – Operations to coordinate project activities, ensure smooth execution, and support project teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily project operations and execution activities.
Monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, site teams, and internal departments.
Track material procurement, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure projects are executed according to company standards and client requirements.
Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
Maintain project records, invoices, and related documentation.
Support Project Managers in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management,



Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Project Execution.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes.
Vendor and stakeholder management.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and project documentation expertise.
