Job Title: Manager - Sweetener

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop recent sweetener products and blends (natural, plant-based, functional) and improve existing formulations.
Create application-ready solutions for beverages, bakery, confectionery, and nutraceuticals ensuring sensory and performance parity with sugar.
Manage end-to-end scale-up from lab to plant while ensuring regulatory, quality, and process compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers to explore new sweetening technologies, functional ingredients, and innovation prospects.
Support B2B and institutional teams with customized sweetener systems, application trials, and cost-optimization projects.
Lead development of consumer retail products (powders, tablets,



liquids, sachets) with robust sensory, stability, and shelf-life performance.
Partner with marketing for claims, sensory validation, consumer insights, and product communication.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Marketing for smooth product launches.
Track global sweetener trends, identify white spaces for innovation, IP creation, and sustainable sourcing.
Maintain digital documentation and contribute to long-term sweetener strategy for the organizations food innovation roadmap.
