We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to lead our land sales initiatives for Dholera SIR. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from their initial inquiry to site visits and final registration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source and engage potential investors, homebuyers, and NRIs interested in Dholera SIR land investments.
Client Presentations: Explain property details, development phases, and the long-term ROI potential of Dholera SIR.
Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct on-ground site visits to showcase plot locations and nearby infrastructure developments.
Sales Process Management: Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and closing. Assist clients with payment plans, documentation, and RERA registration processes.
Market Intelligence: Stay fully updated on Dholera SIR news, government policies, town planning (TP) schemes, and competitor pricing.
