We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence, increase online visibility, generate quality leads and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Develop content strategies, calendars and campaigns for our wedding, events and artist businesses.
Coordinate with creative/content teams for reels, posts, stories and videos.
Track engagement, reach, audience growth and platform trends.

SEO & Website
Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and website optimisation.
Improve website rankings, organic traffic and lead generation.
Manage website pages, landing pages, blogs, content uploads and basic updates.
Monitor Google Search Console, website performance and SEO issues.

Paid Advertising
Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives,



keywords and lead-generation campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance, CPL, conversions and ROI.
Explore new digital advertising and growth opportunities.

Digital Growth & Analytics
Develop strategies to increase website traffic, social media reach, enquiries and qualified leads.
Monitor Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Stay updated with SEO, social media, AI and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media and Performance Marketing.
Solid practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Good understanding of website management, landing pages and basic HTML/CSS.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
Solid understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance.
