Color Stone Assorting & Grading
Perform physical assorting of color stones based on size, shape, color, quality, and other specifications.
Conduct grading and quality assessment of color stones.
Identify differences in color, clarity, cutting, shape, and overall quality.
Ensure proper segregation and classification of stones as per company requirements.

Purchasing & Buying
Handle physical purchasing and buying of color stones from suppliers and vendors.
Evaluate quality, pricing, and suitability of stones before purchase.
Coordinate with vendors for availability, pricing, quality, and required specifications.
Negotiate rates and ensure competitive purchasing.
Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.

Stock & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate physical and system stock of color stones.
Handle stock inward and outward entries.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor stock movement and ensure proper tracking of material.
Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain proper records of purchases, issues, returns, and balances.

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the Production, CAD,



Merchandising, Sales, and Accounts departments regarding color stone requirements.
Prepare stock reports, purchase reports, and inventory summaries.
Ensure timely availability of required stones for production.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions.
Support management with information related to stock availability, purchasing requirements, and slow-moving inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on knowledge of Color Stone Assorting and Grading.
Experience in Physical Purchase and Buying of Color Stones.
Positive understanding of different types of gemstones, shapes, sizes, colors, and qualities.
Robust knowledge of stock maintenance and inventory management.
Ability to identify and assess the quality of gemstones.
Experience working with jewellery manufacturing or gemstone trading companies preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Excel and inventory/accounting software.
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
